Wood-based concrete pioneers
Pioneers in structural wood-based concrete, we transform wood into low-carbon construction and landscaping solutions. For over 15 years, we have devoted our full energy to R&D, continually optimising our solutions and inventing the uses of tomorrow.
Our vision
Committed to developing solutions that address climate change and minimise environmental impact, in both construction and outdoor landscaping.
Our mission
Making the environmental performance of wood-based concrete accessible to projects of all sizes — combining quality and cost control, without compromising on construction speed, fire safety, or durability.
2006
Founding
Founding of CCB Greentech by François Cochet and Laurent Noca to add value to sawmill by-products and explore the potential of wood-based concrete. The decisive idea: making it structural for low-carbon construction.
2008
Research and Development
Shift to wood for pulp, a 100% French forest co-product, better suited to the required performance.
2010
First projects
Construction of the first pilot projects in wood-based concrete to test the material under real-life conditions.
Objective: to demonstrate its reliability and initiate collaboration with CSTB toward regulatory approval.
2022/2023
CCB Greentech establishes its headquarters in Beaurepaire, Isère (38).
On a former 5-hectare industrial site, CCB Greentech sets up its offices and two production plants.
The first is dedicated to wood processing, with a custom-designed industrial facility located near the log storage area.
The second focuses on R&D, housing a testing laboratory, a pilot prefabrication area, and a showroom with full-scale demonstrators.
2022
Regulatory recognition
Obtained the first CSTB ATEx approvals for TimberROC load-bearing walls (CS2) and infill façades (FP2/FP3), paving the way for large-scale deployment.
Expansion of partnerships with prefabrication companies across France and launch of flagship projects (multi-family housing, public buildings).
2025
Acceleration
CCB Greentech strengthens its position as a leading reference in structural wood-based concrete, with major projects nationwide and growing recognition among public and private stakeholders.
Et ... diversification
Launch of ParkROC®, a wood-based concrete permeable slab, expanding the range to low-carbon outdoor landscaping solutions.
R&D and patents
13 patents protect our formulations.
Together with our partners (CSTB, CERIB, etc.), we test seismic resistance, fire performance, and durability, continually optimising every performance criterion.
All our EPDs are third-party verified and published on the INIES database.
The + that truly make a difference
French wood certified “Bois de France”, ensuring quality, traceability, durability, and a low carbon footprint.
A material that stores more carbon than it emits! EPDs verified and available on the INIES database.
Prefabricated elements for worksites that are twice as fast, cleaner, and quieter. Quality controlled from design to on-site installation.
A shared expertise
A network of prefabrication partners close to every project
We transform wood into aggregates.
Our licensed TimberROC® partners, specialists in off-site construction, carry out the prefabrication of structural systems for faster, more controlled, and low-carbon projects.
Thanks to them, TimberROC® technology is deployed across France, as close as possible to each construction site — reducing transport distances and ensuring high-quality implementation. They support project teams from the design stage, through an integrated design office dedicated to wood-based concrete, right up to the delivery of prefabricated elements on site. Training for installation teams can also be provided.
Spurgin
Plant dedicated to wood-based concrete in Mignières (Eure-et-Loir), near Chartres.
R-Technologies
(Groupe Cheminal)
Prefabrication plant located in Viry (Haute-Savoie, 74), in the French Alps.
Capremib
The most recent partner to join the adventure in 2025, with a plant located near Reims (Marne).
