Chambray les Tours Psychiatric Hospital

Spanning 13,000 m², the New Tours Psychiatric Hospital will bring together all the CHRU’s adult, adolescent and specialist psychiatric units by the end of 2025.

Sartrouville – School complex

From 2025, the future Sartrouville school complex will accommodate more than 1,200 students from kindergarten to secondary school. With a budget of €80 million financed by the Yvelines department and the city, this project is part of an ambitious low-carbon construction approach.

Bonson – Collective

Beaurepaire – Cinéma L’Oron

Cinéma L’Oron, one of France’s oldest sedentary cinemas, has undergone a major renovation and extension. The project combines the restoration of the historic facade with the construction of a contemporary extension in TimberROC wood-based concrete.

Aiguebelette – Bruno Bonnevie

Nestled on the shores of Lac d’Aiguebelette, this single-storey home embodies its owner’s vision of a self-contained, comfortable and sustainable villa. TimberROC® wood-based concrete was the natural choice to meet his expectations in terms of speed, performance and quality of life.
