Bonson – Collective

Located in Bonson (Loire), the residential development Le Green is recognised as the first multi-family building in France constructed with TimberROC wood-based concrete. The project embodies a commitment to combining environmental performance, occupant comfort, and exemplary construction quality. It forms part of the transformation of the station district and stands as a showcase for sustainable, bio-based housing.
